Here at Straight Edge I take pride in my work and making sure everyone has a great experience that is personalized and tailored to their specific needs. With that being said, I do work by appointment only, I do allow a 10 minute grace period but if you are more than 10 minutes late I will have to cancel your appointment or we can reschedule schedule you for a later date. If you do come in within the 10 minutes I can still continue with your service but we will have to skip the shampoo.
